Payment and Shipping Information
For orders under $50 I usually request payment in full at the time of the order. Orders over
$50 require a deposit of half up front with the remainder due before shipment. I will contact
you about a week before I expect to be done with the order so you can arrange final payment.
Deposits are non-refundable unless the circumstances are exceptional. However, the deposit amount
will be credited to you, should you decide to complete the transaction in the future.
Please note that especially large or small individuals may require a slight price adjustment.
I accept Paypal (username firstname.lastname@example.org), Billpoint/Bidpay (username clang_armory),
Money Orders (US Postal preferred), and checks (must clear before shipment-usually about 3 days).

Backlog and Turnaround Time
My custom queue varies, but is usually about 8-12 months. Some items may be available much sooner.
I will give you my best guess during our initial discussion of the order.
However, I place orders on my queue in the order in which deposits arrive. This keeps things fair,
but as a result, I can't give a firm date until a deposit arrives.
In the event that I think I may be late on an order, I will contact you to let you know.
I usually ship via USPS Priority Mail. This is supposed to be 2-3 day delivery, but it has been
my experience that it is more usually 3-4 days. I can ship UPS on request.
Shipping costs are determined at the time of the order. I try to charge as close to actual shipping
charges as possible, but I usually charge according to a mental estimate. It's usually accurate to
within a dollar to two.
I require insurance on all packages over $100.

Pair of full arms/legs: $10-$15
