Bascinet
With Center-Hinged Removeable Grill Visor

The bascinet is a close-fitting helmet with excellent glancing properties. Several options are available. You may choose whether the skull is top point (shown) or medium point. Rear point skull is available at extra cost.

Vervelles and lining holes can be added for attaching an aventail and period lining.

Several different visor styles can be made, including klapvisors and hounskull visors. The visor pivot hinge is removeable so the visor may be exchanged.

Side hinged visors are also available.
